**Security deposit of $1000 is due at time of Rental Agreement signing. In the event that you decide not to move in, a full refund of deposit will be available if we are notified within 15 days. After 15 days, $500 of the deposit will be refunded. There is a non- refundable $500 deposit for pets required before move-in.
